ISR Performance 50MM Tial Weld-On Blow Off Valve Flange - Aluminum

The ISR Performance 50mm Tial Weld-On Blow-Off Valve Flange is a one-piece aluminum weld-on flange designed for 50mm Tial-pattern BOVs (Tial Q, Q-style, and compatible aftermarket BOVs using the 50mm Tial bolt pattern). Welds directly to the charge pipe and bolts the BOV on top.

What It Does

Tial-style 50mm BOVs are a popular choice for serious turbo builds because of their large valve opening and tight sealing characteristics. Mounting a Tial BOV requires the correct flange welded to the charge pipe. This is that flange: one-piece aluminum, dimensioned to Tial's 50mm pattern, ready to weld in place.

Critical Note: NOT Modular

This flange is a one-piece weld-on design. It does NOT thread onto the ISR modular hot pipe flange (IS-FLA-002). If you're running the ISR modular HKS / GReddy flange system and want a swap path, this Tial flange is not compatible with that system - it's a permanent weld-on for a Tial-specific build.
