Three included spacers cover the most common height preferences, and the M10 x 1.25 threaded insert fits Nissan 240SX and most other Nissan manual transmissions, plus any other vehicle using the same shifter thread.

Stock shift knob heights are designed for the average driver, which means they're rarely ideal for anyone running a different seat position, steering wheel, or shifter setup. The ISR height adjustable shift knob uses interchangeable spacers (6mm, 12mm, and 19mm) to dial in your knob height for the most comfortable hand position and shortest reach from steering wheel to shifter.
