The ISR Performance Differential Mount Bushings are solid polyurethane replacements for the factory rubber rear differential bushings on the Nissan 350Z, 370Z, and Infiniti G35. Eliminate the differential movement and wheel hop common to the factory rubber bushings under hard launches and acceleration.
What It Does
The factory rubber differential bushings on the Z33 / V35 / Z34 chassis are designed for refinement, not durability. Under hard acceleration or aggressive launches, the rubber compresses and tears, which lets the differential physically shift in its cradle. That movement absorbs power that should be going to the tires, causes wheel hop on launches, and accelerates wear on the surrounding driveline. Worn factory bushings are also a known failure mode on Z33 and G35 chassis at this point in their life cycle.
ISR's solid replacement bushings lock the differential in place. The result is direct power transfer to the ground, reduced wheel hop, and a sharper, more connected feel on launches and corner exits. The tradeoff is slightly more drivetrain noise transmitted into the cabin, which is expected on any solid-bushing upgrade.
