ISR Performance Intercooler Hotpipe w/Greddy BOV Flange - Nissan S13 SR20

The ISR Performance Intercooler Hotpipe with GReddy BOV Flange is a 2.25 inch aluminum charge pipe for SR20DET-swapped 1989-1994 Nissan 240SX (S13) builds running the factory S13-style intercooler. Comes with a pre-welded threaded BOV flange on the pipe and a separate threaded GReddy-style adapter flange, so the GReddy BOV bolts up out of the box. BOV not included.

What It Does

The "hotpipe" is the charge pipe running from the turbo's compressor outlet to the intercooler inlet. On an S13 SR20DET swap, that pipe needs to clear the engine bay, mate up to the S13 intercooler, and have a flange for a blow-off valve. This hotpipe handles all three: 2.25 inch aluminum construction, a pre-welded threaded universal flange on the pipe, and a threaded GReddy adapter flange ready to accept a GReddy BOV.

Modular Flange System

The pre-welded flange on the pipe accepts threaded adapter flanges, which means swapping between BOV brands later is just a matter of ordering the correct threaded adapter (TiAL, HKS, GReddy, etc.) rather than buying a new hotpipe. This version ships with the GReddy adapter installed.

What's NOT Included

The blow-off valve itself is NOT included. You need to source a GReddy BOV (or any GReddy-compatible BOV) separately. If you want a complete kit that includes both the hotpipe AND the GReddy Type FV2 BOV, see part number ER-S13BOVkit-G.

Required for Any Intercooler Kit

This hotpipe is required for any SR20DET swap intercooler kit if you don't already have the OEM steel hotpipe in place. The factory steel hotpipe wasn't reused on every swap, especially on shells originally equipped without a turbo.
