ISR Performance Intercooler Hotpipe w/ HKS BOV Flange - Nissan S13 SR20

The ISR Performance Intercooler Hotpipe with HKS BOV Flange is a pre-flanged 2.25-inch aluminum hot pipe for SR20DET-swapped S13 240SX builds running an ISR S13 front-mount intercooler kit. The hot pipe ships with ISR's modular base flange welded in place and the HKS-style top flange threaded on. Just thread the HKS-style flange on, fit your HKS BOV, and bolt the hot pipe in place of the plain ISR hot pipe.

What It Does

Adding a blow-off valve to an existing ISR intercooler kit usually means either (a) cutting and welding a new flange onto your existing hot pipe (which means downtime, fab work, and the risk of warping the pipe) or (b) buying a complete new hot pipe with a flange already welded in. This kit is option B without the price tag, and with one major bonus: because it uses ISR's modular flange design, you can swap between HKS, GReddy, and TiAL BOV styles later by just swapping the threaded top piece, no rewelding required.

Future-Proof Modular Design

The HKS-style flange included here threads onto a universal base flange already welded to the hot pipe. If you decide to switch BOV brands later, buy the alternate top flange (GReddy or TiAL style) from ISR and thread it on. No cutting, no welding, no replacing the hot pipe.
