ISR Performance Intercooler Kit - Nissan RB25DET (For Front Facing Intake Manifold)

Our complete front-mount intercooler kit for the S-chassis RB25DET swap when running a front-facing intake manifold and Q45 throttle body. Includes the intercooler core and full piping kit, all built to drop into a 240SX with our ISR swap mounts.

What It Does

Provides a chassis-specific intercooler core and the piping needed to plumb a front-facing intake manifold RB25DET in an S-chassis bay. Front-facing manifold setups route the intake plenum forward (typically with a Q45 throttle body), which makes the intercooler piping a completely different shape than what works with the factory crossover manifold. This kit is purpose-built for that front-facing layout. T-bolt clamps on every joint for serious boost holding.

Fitment

Fits the Nissan 240SX (S13 and S14) running an RB25DET swap with a front-facing intake manifold, Q45 throttle body, factory turbo, and ISR Performance swap mounts. This kit WILL NOT work with the factory style crossover intake manifold.
