ISR Performance - Nissan 240SX KA24DE RWD Turbo line kit - Top mount

Our turbo line kit for the 240SX KA24DE running a top-mount setup. Everything you need to plumb oil feed, oil return, and coolant lines to a top-mount turbo, with a coolant distribution block that ties into factory ports on the KA. The clean way to add forced induction to a KA without piecing the supporting plumbing together from a parts bin.

What It Does

Provides the oil and coolant lines, fittings, distribution block, and drain hardware to support a top-mount turbo install on the KA24DE. Oil feed routes from an existing port in the factory oil filter housing to the turbo via a 3AN line. The coolant distribution block supplies coolant to the turbo and returns it to another factory port on the block, so you're not hunting for tap points in awkward places. The oil drain runs through a 10AN GT drain flange to the supplied 10AN steel weld-on bung for your oil pan.

Fitment

Fits the Nissan 240SX (S13 and S14) with the KA24DE engine, RWD, in a top-mount turbo configuration. If you're running an ISR ball bearing turbo, this kit requires the IS-OR-3036 oil restrictor (sold separately). Works with many other turbochargers as well, but does not supply a turbo-specific 3AN fitting adapter for those.

Installation Notes

Given the age and miles on most KA24DE engines, clean the factory oil and coolant ports thoroughly before connecting the new lines. Built-up debris, burnt oil, or corrosion in those passages can restrict fluid flow or push debris into the turbo, which will cost you a turbo. Take the extra hour to do this right.
