ISR Performance O2 Housing for Top Mount KA24DE Manifold

The ISR Performance O2 Housing for the Top Mount KA24DE Manifold is the turbine outlet/O2 housing designed to mate ISR's KA24DE-T top-mount manifold (IS-SSHT-NKAT) to ISR's KA24DE-T downpipe (IS-SSDP-NKAT) on a turbocharged KA24DE swap or build. Uses a 90mm Garrett/ISR V-band on the turbo side for clean, leak-free connections to most 30 and 35 frame turbos.

What It Does

The O2 housing connects the turbo's turbine outlet to the downpipe. On a turbocharged KA24DE (KA-T) build using the ISR top-mount manifold, this housing is the piece that bolts a Garrett 30 or 35 frame turbo to ISR's matched downpipe with a V-band on the turbo side and a 3-bolt flange on the downpipe side. Stainless construction handles the temperatures, and the V-band clamp is included.

Critical V-Band Compatibility

Only fits Garrett 90mm V-band housings or the ISR 90mm V-band housing. V-band sizes vary between turbo manufacturers and even between Garrett housings. this housing is specifically sized for the 90mm V-band found on most Garrett 30 and 35 frame turbos and ISR's V-band-equipped turbos. It will NOT work with:

• Other manufacturer V-band housings (BorgWarner, Precision, etc.)
• Other V-band sizes (76mm, 100mm, etc.)
• Bolt-flange turbine housings (no V-band)

Verify your specific turbo's turbine housing has a 90mm V-band before ordering.
