ISR Performance Radiator Fan Shroud Kit - Nissan 240sx 95-98 KA24

The ISR Performance Radiator Fan Shroud Kit is a direct OEM-fit electric fan and shroud assembly for the 1995-1998 Nissan 240SX (S14) with the factory KA24DE engine. Dual 12 inch electric fans mounted in a lightweight reinforced shroud, designed to maximize airflow through an aftermarket performance radiator.

What It Does

If you've upgraded to an aftermarket aluminum radiator on your S14 KA24 but kept the factory mechanical fan and stock shroud, you're leaving cooling capacity on the table. The factory shroud doesn't seal correctly against most aftermarket radiators, and the engine-driven fan can't match the dedicated airflow profile of dual 12 inch electric fans. This shroud kit replaces both at once, sized as a direct OEM fit to the S14 chassis.

The shroud frame secures the fan blades on all sides, preventing blade damage to surrounding engine components if a blade contacts something at high RPM. Lighter and more durable than the factory shroud.

Best Paired With an Aftermarket Radiator

This shroud kit is at its most effective when paired with a performance aluminum radiator. For S14 KA24, that's typically the chassis-specific aluminum radiator option. Running this shroud with the factory radiator works, but you're not getting the full cooling benefit.
