The ISR Performance RS-TD05HR-20G is a standalone upgraded TD05 frame turbocharger for the Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0T EVO 8/9 bolt-on kit. Features a 20G compressor wheel and factory-style turbine wheel in compact EVO 9 compressor and turbine housings, balancing increased power range against quick spool. Step gap rings, performance thrust bearings, fully balanced and assembled in the USA.

What It Does

This is the turbocharger from the ISR Genesis Coupe 2.0T EVO 9 20G Bolt-on Kit, sold individually. The TD05HR-20G design uses a 52.5/68mm 20G compressor wheel paired with a 56/49.2mm factory-style turbine wheel, all packaged in the standard EVO 9 compressor and turbine housing dimensions. The result: significantly more flow than a stock EVO 8/9 16G turbo (which has historically been the cheap upgrade path for Genesis 2.0T builds), without losing the quick spool characteristics that make TD05-frame turbos popular for street and drift use.

For Genesis 2.0T builds: this is a cleaner alternative to sourcing used stock EVO 8/9 16G turbos that may be near end of service life. Buy a fresh, freshly-balanced 20G turbo instead of a question mark from someone's parts bin.

Critical Compatibility

This turbo WILL NOT bolt to the factory Genesis 2.0T turbo manifold. The factory manifold uses a different flange pattern. You need the ISR Performance EVO 8/9 Bolt-on Turbo Upgrade for the Genesis Coupe 2.0T to mount this turbo. The bolt-on upgrade includes the twin-scroll manifold, O2 turbine housing, actuator bracket, J-pipe, and turbo line kit needed to mate this turbo to the Genesis Coupe 2.0T engine bay.
