The ISR Performance Stainless Steel T-Bolt Clamp is the recommended clamp for any boost or high-pressure silicone coupler application. The 2.25-inch size fits couplers and piping with a 2.25-inch outer diameter. T-bolt clamps deliver significantly stronger and more even clamping force than standard worm-drive clamps.

What It Does

Standard worm-drive hose clamps work fine for low-pressure plumbing like radiator hoses, but they fail under boost. The narrow band concentrates clamping force at a single point and tends to slip, deform, or blow off entirely under pressure. T-bolt clamps use a wider band and a bolt-and-nut tensioning system to distribute clamping force evenly around the entire circumference of the coupler. This is the standard for any intercooler piping, charge pipe, or intake coupler that sees positive pressure.

Fitment

This clamp fits couplers and piping with a 2.25-inch outer diameter. The most common application is securing a silicone coupler to a 2.25-inch pipe in custom intercooler, intake, or charge pipe builds.
