The KA's factory exhaust manifold gasket gets tired the same way everything else on a 30-year-old 240SX does. If you've got a ticking noise that gets louder as it heats up, this is usually the culprit. A 7-layer steel gasket fixes it permanently.
What It Does
Seven layers of steel stacked for maximum seal retention. The multi-layer design holds bolt load through heat cycling far better than a single-layer or paper gasket, which is exactly what the KA needs given how hot that exhaust manifold runs. Direct OE replacement, no modifications required.
Fitment
Nissan 240SX KA24DE (dual overhead cam), 1991 to 1998. Fits the KA24DE motor only, not the earlier single-cam KA24E found in 1989 to 1990 240SX models.
