ISR Performance Aluminum Modular Weld-On BOV Flange - Greddy Style BOV's

The ISR Performance Aluminum Modular Weld-On BOV Flange is a two-piece weld-on blow-off valve flange for GReddy-style BOVs. The split design lets you weld just the bottom portion to your charge pipe, then thread the top piece on after welding. The modular advantage: swap between GReddy-style and HKS-style BOVs without rewelding the flange.

What It Does

Most weld-on BOV flanges are one solid piece, which means you commit to a specific BOV bolt pattern the moment you weld the flange to your charge pipe. Want to switch from a GReddy Type S to an HKS SSQV later? You're cutting the old flange off and welding a new one on. The ISR modular flange solves that by splitting into two pieces: a base that welds to the pipe (no BOV-specific features) and a top that threads onto the base with the actual BOV bolt pattern. Swap tops to swap BOV styles, no torch required.

Welding Advantage

The two-piece design also makes welding easier. You're welding a smaller, lighter piece to the pipe instead of trying to position a full BOV flange while maintaining clean welds. Less heat distortion, less awkward access, and the BOV-mating threaded surface stays out of the heat affected zone.
