ISR Performance HGC Long Tube Headers - VQ35DE/HR 350Z / G35 / 370Z

Our HGC Long Tube headers for the VQ35DE and VQ35HR. Built from 304 stainless steel with a stepped primary design and heavy-duty flanges, tuned to deliver low-to-mid range torque gains where these engines actually live. The HGC (High Ground Clearance) routing keeps the primaries out of the path of speed bumps and parking lot entrances, which matters more than people admit until they've scraped a header.

What It Does

Replaces the restrictive factory exhaust manifolds with full long tube headers. The stepped primary design helps build cylinder pressure for stronger torque in the RPM range these cars spend most of their time in. Heavy-duty flanges resist warping under repeated heat cycling, which is the failure mode that kills cheaper headers. Two O2 sensor bungs are positioned downstream of the collector, which keeps compatibility with both factory upstream and downstream O2 sensors.

Fitment

Designed for the VQ35DE and VQ35HR engines in the Nissan 350Z, Infiniti G35, and Nissan 370Z platforms.

Important: O2 Harness Extension

Because the O2 bungs are positioned downstream of the collector, the factory O2 sensor harness may need extension. Two separate O2 extension harnesses are available depending on chassis:

• 2002-2004 350Z / 2003-2005 G35 with heated O2 sensors (blue/green connectors): use the ISR O2 extension harness for 02-04 VQ35DE
• 2011+ 370Z and G37: use the ISR O2 extension harness for VQ37
