ISR Performance S13 SR20DET Metal Exhaust Gasket Kit

Annoying ticking sound from the exhaust? Power feels soft and you can't figure out why? Nine times out of ten on an aging S13 SR, the factory paper exhaust gaskets are the culprit. This 3-piece kit covers every exhaust gasket between the head and the turbo outlet, all in proper multi-layer steel construction.

What It Does

Replaces the three exhaust gaskets that fail on an S13 SR20DET running the OEM T25 turbo. Paper and single-layer gaskets soften, lose bolt tension, and eventually leak. Metal multi-layer construction holds the seal through heat cycles and high boost. This is a one-and-done refresh for the exhaust side.

Nissan 240SX S13 (1989 to 1994) running the SR20DET with the OEM T25 turbo. Critical compatibility note below.

Critical Compatibility Warning

The 5-bolt turbine outlet gasket in this kit fits OEM T25 turbos only. If you're running an S14 turbo, S15 turbo, or any GT or GTX style aftermarket turbo, the bolt pattern is slightly different and the 5-bolt gasket will not bolt up. The manifold gasket and 4-bolt turbine inlet gasket will still work on most builds, but verify your turbo's outlet flange pattern before ordering.
