ISR Performance Series II - Resonated Mid Section Only - BMW E46 Early 323/328

The ISR Performance Series II Resonated Mid Section is the standalone mid component of the Series II modular exhaust platform for the BMW E46 Early 323/328. Sold separately so owners can change tone character (resonated vs non-resonated) or replace a damaged mid section without buying a whole new catback.

What It Does

This is the RESONATED MID SECTION ONLY, not a complete exhaust system. It's the front half of the Series II platform, with flex downpipes that connect to the factory or aftermarket 323/328 headers, and the resonator and mid pipe transition that mates to a Series II rear section (EP Dual or MBSE). The resonated configuration tones down highway drone while still delivering an aggressive throttle response under load.

Critical Compatibility

ONLY works with ISR Series II exhaust systems. This mid section will NOT bolt up to the factory OEM E46 exhaust or to original (pre-Series II) ISR exhausts.

Header style matters. This mid section is designed for early 323/328 style headers ONLY. It will NOT fit late 325/330 style headers. If you have a 325 or 330, order the Late 325/330 mid section instead.

Transmission Note

NOT tested on OEM automatic vehicles. The Series II exhaust development was done on manual transmission cars.
