The ISR Performance Tubular Bottom Mount Turbo Manifold Version 3 is the third-generation tubular bottom-mount manifold for the Nissan SR20DET, built from thicker Schedule 10 weld-el piping for better durability and crack resistance than typical OEM-style cast or thin-wall tubular replacements. Designed for builds chasing more power than the factory cast manifold can support while keeping bottom-mount turbo packaging.
What It Does
The factory SR20DET cast iron manifold cracks. That's not a maybe, that's the reality on any SR that's seen real boost or heat cycles, especially the S13 Redtop and S14 Notchtop manifolds. The V3 tubular replacement uses Schedule 10 weld-el pipe sections, which is thicker than most aftermarket tubular manifolds on the market. Thicker wall thickness means better resistance to thermal cracking, longer service life under heat cycling, and the confidence to make real power without watching for cracks.
This is the upgrade over the ISR V2 manifold, with the V3 stepping up to Schedule 10 piping for serious builds. Bottom-mount design retains factory turbo positioning, which keeps things simple if you're using the stock T25/T28 turbo or a direct bolt-on upgrade.
Installation Note
On some T25 or T28 stock turbos, you may need to clock the turbo slightly to clear the larger runners on this manifold. Plan for this during install. Not difficult, but it's a step that catches people off guard.
