ISR Performance Version 3 Bottom Mount Turbo Manifold - Nissan KA24DE - V3 SCH10

The ISR Performance V3 Tubular Bottom Mount Turbo Manifold for the 240SX KA24DE is the third-generation evolution of our KA-T manifold line. Schedule 10 Weld-El construction, 1.5" piping, longer runner design for improved spool, and a T2 flange that mates to the most common KA-T turbo setups. The upgrade over almost any other bottom mount KA-T manifold on the market.

What It Does

The turbo manifold collects exhaust gas from all four cylinders and feeds it into the turbine inlet. On KA-T builds, manifold quality is a make-or-break decision: cheap manifolds crack at the welds, warp under heat cycling, and fail when you start making real power. The V3 uses thicker 1.5" Schedule 10 Weld-El piping (the same material engineering used in high-pressure industrial applications) with a longer runner design and unique collector geometry tuned for KA24DE spool characteristics. Result: better spool, more power, and the kind of durability that keeps you from doing this job twice.

Designed for the RWD Nissan 240SX with KA24DE engine (KA-T conversion). T2 bottom mount flange.

OEM T25 or T28 turbo installation note: The larger V3 runners may require slight turbo clocking on some OEM T25/T28 setups to clear the runners properly. Plan for that adjustment during install.
